Escallped Corn

Comfort food doesn't get much better than this!



Escalloped Corn

2 cans creamed corn
1 can sweet corn
1/2 stick butter, melted
2/3 row saltines, crushed
2 eggs

Mix together and pour into greased casserole dish.  (I used a 7 x 11 glass pan.)

1/2 row saltines, crushed
1/2 stick butter

Mix together and spread evenly over the top of the casserole.  Sprinkle with paprika, to taste.

Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
